CHICKPEAS AND AVOCADO SALAD









INGREDIENTS:


Chickpeas 1 cup cooked

Avocado 2 peeled and diced

Onion 1 chopped finely

Tomato 1 chopped finely

Lime juice 2 tsp

Coriander leaves to garnish

Pepper according to your taste

Salt to taste


METHOD:


1) In a salad bowl mix chickpeas, avocado, onion and tomato.


2) Add lime juice, pepper and salt and mix well.


3) Garnish with coriander leaves (or mint, basil) and serve.
