INGREDIENTS:
- Rava 1 cup
- Water 2 cup
- Green chillies 2 minced
- Ginger(grated) 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Urad dal 1 tsp
- Chana dal 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 1 strand
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coconut 1tblsp to garnish
- Coriander leaves chopped to garnish
- Lemon juice 1 tblsp
- Oil 1 tblsp
- Salt
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan, when it is hot add mustard, when it splutters add urad dal, chana dal , green chilli , ginger and curry leaves.
- Add onion and saute until onion turns light brown.
- Add water and turmeric.
- Once water boil reduce the flame to low and add rava ( Note: Before this saute rava in a separate pan for 5 mins ).
- Now add lemon and garnish with coriander and coconut and serve hot.
