Wheat flour Laddu(Godi unde)





















INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Cardamom 1/2 tsp
Ghee 1/2 cup
Raisins 1 tsp
Cashew nut 1 tsp



METHOD:

1)Heat a tsp of ghee,add wheat flour and fry for 10min on low flame(till you get a nice aroma).

2)Add sugar and fry for 5min. Add cardamom powder and raisins.

3)Now in another pan add the remaining ghee,and roast some cashwe nut.And pour this with ghee on wheat flour mixture.

4)Let it cool a bit and make laddu when the mixture is still hot.

5)If the laduu tend to break add more ghee or wet your hands with little milk.

6)Store in airtight container.
