INGREDIENTS:
Rava - 1 cup
Ginger - 1tsp
Green Chilli - 3 finely minced
Jeera - 1tsp
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
ENO fruit salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Lemon - 2tsp
SEASONING:
Mustard - 1tsp
Ural Dal - 1tsp
Asofoetida - 1/2tsp
Curry leaves - 2
Coriander leaves to garnish.
METHOD:
1) Mix all the ingredients except lemon and let it rest for 30 mins.
2) After 30 mins mix lemon juice to the mixture and 1 tsp of oil.Grease the vessel and keep in microwave for 4 mins.Let it rest for 2 mins.
3) Meanwhile, prepare the seasoning and pour on the dhokla.Cut into wedges and garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm.
