Rice 1 cup
Water 2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tblsp
Oil 2 tblsp
Cinnamon 1 inch
Bay leaf 1
green chillies 2
Onion 1 small finely chopped
Salt to taste
1)In a rice cooker add 2 cups of water,cinnamon,bay leaf,rice and cook.
2)Cool the cooked rice.
3)Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, when it pops add green chillies.
4)Add onions,curry leaves and fry until golden brown.
5)Add rice, salt and mix well. Remove from the heat. Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
