Neeru Dosa




INGREDIENTS:

Rice - 2 cups
Coconut shredded - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste



METHOD:

1)Soak rice in water for atleast 3 hours or overnight.

2)Grind the rice along with coconut and water to a smooth paste.No fermentation required.

3)The batter should be thin so add water accordingly.

4)Pore the batter in circular motion.

5)Serve with coconut chutney.
