INGREDIENTS:
Carrots 8-10 grated
Ghee - 2 Tblsp
Sugar -1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Cashewnuts,Raisins and almonds to garnish.
METHOD:
1) Add 1 tblsp of ghee to a pan and add carrot and saute for 5 mins.
2) Add 1 cup milk and cook in low flame until carrot absorbs all the milk.This will take around 20 to 30 mins.
3) Then add the sugar and cardamom powder to the mixture.
4)Fry cashwenuts,raisins and almonds in ghee for 3 mins and add to the mixture.Serve hot or cold.
