QUICK GOLI BAJE



INGREDIENTS:

All purpose flour 1 cup
Besan 1 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 tsp finely chopped
Green chillies 1tsp
Curry leaves 3
Hing(asofoetida) a pinch
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt
Oil for deep frying


METHOD:

1)Mix all the ingredients into a dough(should not be too thick or too thin).

2)Leave the dough covered for 2 hours.

3)Heat oil in a pan,take a spoon of paste and drop into hot oil.

4)Fry until it is golden brown.5)Serve hot with chutney.
