BISQUICK BISCUIT (Eggless and Butterless)



INGREDIENTS:

Bisquick pancake mix - 3 cup
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Canola oil - 3/4 cup
Yogurt - 1 cup
Jeera - 1 tsp


METHOD:

1) Mix all the ingredients to form a thick paste.
2) Make small balls and press gently and arrange them in cookie sheet.
3) Bake them in oven at 350F for 15 mins.And broil for 2 mins.
4) Again bake them for at 200F for 30 mins.
5) Remove from oven and serve when cooled.



NOTE:Make sure you dont burn the bottom of the cookie while baking.It should be light brown in color.

We tried this.. The Jeera Biscuit turned out superb! Thanks for the recipe. Question: Can all purpose flour in this recipe be replaced with whole wheat flour?
