PALAK PULAO

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup basmathi rice
1 big cup palak chopped
2 onions
1 small cup green peas
1 small cup potato chopped
2 tblsp ghee
salt to taste

TO GRIND:
1 small cup coconut
Ginger 1tsp
3 green chillies
Garlic 1 tsp
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Fresh coriander leaves

METHOD:
1) Wash rice drain water and keep aside.
2) In a cooker add ghee and saute onions till it is light brown,then add chopped palak and saute for 5 mins.
3) Now add ground paste , potato , peas and rice and required water and close the lid and turn it off after 2 whistles.

4)Serve with cucumber raitha.
