Veg Manchurian Dry
























INGREDIENTS:

For Dumplings:

Grated cabbage - 2cups
Grated carrots - 2cups
Corn kernels 1 cup
Green chillies- 2 chopped
Garlic flakes - 2 cloves chopped finely
Ginger 1" chopped finely
Cumin Powder - 1tsp
Corn Flour - 4tsp
Amchur Powder - 1tsp (Optional)
Salt 1/2 tsp


For Sauce:

Capsicum 1 small chopped finely
Garlic 2 cloves minced
Spring onion 1/4 cup chopped finely to garnish
Onion small chopped
Soya sauce - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Oil - 2tsp


METHOD:

1)Boil finely chopped minced vegetables with little water for 5 mins and drain all excess water.

2)Add all other dumpling ingredients and make small lemon size balls and deep fry.

3)Heat oil in a pan.When oil is hot add garlic,onion and fry for 3 mins.Then add capsicum,soya sauce,salt and pepper powder.cook for 5mins.

4)Turn off the heat and add fried dumplings to the sauce.Garnish with spring onions.Serve with noodles.


Note:If the dumplings are breaking.Add cooked rice and mix with vegetables.
