SPINACH PARATHA




INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour 1cup

Spinach chopped 1 cup
Ginger 1"
Garlic 2
Ajwain 1tsp
Green chillies 2
Hing
Oil 1tblsp
Salt
Cilantro minced


METHOD:


1)Cook spinach without water for 5mins and let it cool.


2)In a bowl take wheat flour add spinach and all the ingredients and knead with warm water to a stiff dough. And let it rest for 30mins.


3)Divide the dough to make 6 balls.


4)Roll each balls with the rolling pin.


5)Heat the tava and cook them by adding little oil on both the sides.Serve with thick yogurt and pickle.
